Is pet boarding right for my pet?
We take extra precautions to ensure all animals are comfortable and effectively taken care of when they’re boarded with All Creatures Veterinary Hospital. We will happily administer daily medications per your directions as well as the type of food. We also follow any specialized rules you may have about how to best care for your pet while you are away. For more information, feel free to contact us or fill out our pet boarding form.
What does my pet need to be able to be boarded?
To board your pet with us, you will need to be an established client and have your pets entirely up to date on current vaccines and tests. If you are not an established client, your pet’s primary checkup is required before boarding. If your pet is not up to date on current vaccines or tests, we will administer them to your pet on your behalf. We also require your pet to have had heartworm preventative and flea & tick preventative within the last 30 days before your pet’s boarding date. All boarders must be up to date on requirements
What comes with pet boarding?
When you board your pet, we ask you to bring your pet’s diet, medication (if necessary), instructions for feeding them, or how to administer medication. We also allow you to leave belongings with your pet if you wish, though we recommend only bringing the essentials as we are not responsible for items lost while your pet is boarded. We will happily provide you with updates and pictures via text message throughout your pet’s stay if you’d like.
