Dr. Elizabeth Bradt, Practice Owner
Dr. Elizabeth Bradt founded All Creatures Veterinary Hospital in 1991 originally as a house call practice, and built the hospital in 2003 to provide a state of the art medical facility for her patients. Dr. Bradt graduated from Wellesley College in 1982 with a BA in Biology. She received her veterinary degree from Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 1986 and has a special interest in avian and exotic animal medicine. Dr. Bradt enjoys hiking, yoga, gardening, and spending time with her husband Bart, children Ben and Becca, and her dogs, Charlie and Porter.
Dr. Rosalie Hezekiah, Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Hezekiah joined the All Creatures Veterinary team in 2015 after graduating from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine with High Honors. Before starting vet school, Dr. Hezekiah obtained her BA in Biology from Boston University and worked as a Veterinary Technician in Massachusetts for 10 years. She grew up in Salem and is very excited to be back in town. In her downtime, Dr. Hezekiah enjoys crafting, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her husband, Ryan, as well as her rescue cats Brady, Loki, and Stewart.
Dr. Sarah Dixon, Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Dixon joined the team in 2016 after completing her year-long rotating internship at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists in Rhode Island. Dr. Dixon graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary College at the University of Prince Edward Island (home of Anne of Green Gables) in 2015. Prior to that, Dr. Dixon spent her time in the biopharmaceutical industry after graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2007. There she earned her BS in Cellular Biology and Molecular Genetics. She currently lives in Swampscott with her two cats, Oscar and KitKat, and her Toy Fox Terrier, Caesar. Dr. Dixon loves movies, reading, long walks on the beach, and snuggling her little creatures on the couch.
Dr. Cassandra Welch, Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Welch recently joined our team after graduating from Colorado State University in 2019. Prior to veterinary school, Dr. Welch obtained a BS in Zoology and a Master’s degree in Microbiology. She also worked as a veterinary technician for 7 years while attending school in Colorado. Dr. Welch spends her free time running, cooking, and reading. She loves training her cat, Mushroom, and rabbit, Whiskey, to do fun tricks.
