Dr. Rosalie Hezekiah, DVM, Owner, Veterinarian

Dr. Rosalie Hezekiah, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Hezekiah joined the All Creatures Veterinary team in 2015 after graduating from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine with High Honors. Before starting vet school, Dr. Hezekiah obtained her BA in Biology from Boston University and worked as a Veterinary Technician in Massachusetts for 10 years. She grew up in Salem and is very excited to be back in town. In her downtime, Dr. Hezekiah enjoys crafting, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her husband, Ryan and their two children, as well as her rescue cats Loki and Stewart.


Dr. Sarah Dixon, DVM, Owner, Veterinarian

Dr. Sarah Dixon

Dr. Dixon joined the team in 2016, and went on to be an owner of the practice in 2021. Dr. Dixon graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary College at the University of Prince Edward Island (home of Anne of Green Gables) in 2015. Prior to that, Dr. Dixon spent her time in the biopharmaceutical industry after graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2007. There she earned her BS in Cellular Biology and Molecular Genetics. She currently lives in Salem with her two cats, KitKat and Phantom, as well as her Chihuahua mix, Pita. Dr. Dixon loves movies, reading,  long walks on the beach, and snuggling her little creatures on the couch.


Dr. Cassandra Welch, DVM, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Welch joined our team in 2019 after earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. Her academic background also includes a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and a Master’s degree in Microbiology. Prior to becoming a veterinarian, she gained extensive hands-on experience working as a veterinary technician for seven years while completing her studies in Colorado.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Welch enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, and home renovation projects with her husband, Romeo. She’s also an animal enthusiast at home, where she spends time with her adventurous cat, Mushroom, who enjoys backyard strolls; her two clever rabbits, Martini and Absinthe, who are always learning new tricks; and her devoted dog, Wendigo, who is on a journey to become her bravest self, through cooperative care and positive reinforcement training.


Dr. Stacey Burdick, DVM, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Burdick, joined All Creatures in 2023, and is originally from Connecticut. Dr. Burdick obtained her B.S. from Cornell University and her DVM from Kansas State University, then found her way to the north shore. Dr. Burdick enjoys getting to know her clients and their pets, and loves animals of all shapes and sizes. She has a particular fondness for pocket pets, chihuahuas, and geriatric cats. Dr. Burdick has 3 rescue pets at home- cat River, dog Bowie, and tripod dog Minnie. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, taking care of her numerous house plants, and spending time with her pets. Dr. Burdick looks forward to meeting you and your pets.


Dr Jacqueline Warner, DVM, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Warner joins us with her deep passion for animals and over 20 years of experience in veterinary medicine. She has treated thousands of animals from dogs and cats to exotics, such as quails and axolotls.  She has cared for and learned from her own diverse range of pets—over a hundred over the course of her lifetime. Her hands-on experience has greatly shaped her approach to veterinary care.

In addition to her practice of veterinary medicine, Dr. Warner is dedicated to education and teaches in the Veterinary Technician Program at Massasoit Community College. She helps train the next generation of veterinary professionals, sharing her knowledge and expertise to ensure the highest standards of care for animals. She is also a valued member of the Association of Avian Veterinarians.

Dr. Warner’s combination of practical experience and teaching career reflects her unwavering commitment to animal well-being and the ongoing advancement of veterinary science. We are lucky to have her as part of the team
