Katie, Practice Manager
Katie joined our practice after moving from New Hampshire in the summer of 2017. Her background includes working in animal hospitals as a receptionist, vet tech assistant, and manager as well as spending 3 years managing at a pet specialty retailer. Katie has a Bachelor’s in English from La Salle University and completed her MBA at Southern NH University in April of 2016. In her free time, Katie has her hands full with her dog, Louie, and her cats, Kujo, Charlie, and Penny. She also enjoys spending time with friends, traveling to NH to visit her family, reading, and watching movies.
Karen, Senior Client Care Specialist
Karen has been a client care specialist at All Creatures since 2004. She has a background in hospital administration from the human sector. Karen enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, gardening, and traveling. She has a dog named Cheyene and a cockatiel named Louie.
Christopher L., Head Veterinary Technician
Chris joined our practice in November of 2015. He has worked at different veterinary practices as a technician around the Salem/Danvers area over the past 8 years. He received a Bachelor’s degree from Quinnipiac University in Veterinary Technology and graduated in 2007. Chris is an avid sports fan and plays dodgeball in his spare time. He has 2 Siamese cats named Milo and Oliver, who cannot wait until he gets home from work every night!
Jessica, Veterinary Technician
Jessica joined All Creatures Veterinary Hospital in the summer of 2012 to further her career in animal care, while taking prerequisites for veterinary school. She has spent years volunteering for animal-based organizations and walking dogs throughout the North Shore. With a BFA from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts/Tufts University, she is a true New Englander who spends her free time caring for her Sato, Pixie, and restoring her little historic house by the ocean.
Patty, Veterinary Technician
Patty started working at All Creatures in the summer of 2015. She graduated with a Bachelors in Humanities and Social Science from UMass Dartmouth. She began her career working as a Veterinary Receptionist in 2010 and then moved into the technician side of the veterinary world. Patty enjoys snowboarding and sledding in the winter and hiking in the summer. She has a black cat named Tuuka and a Rottie mix named Crash.
Annie, Veterinary Technician
Annie joined the A.C.V.H team in the Summer of 2017. She has a certificate in Animal Care Specialty and has worked in the animal care industry for over 4 years. Annie has worked in doggie daycares and pet supply retail, as well as running her own dog walking and boarding business. She has a passion for providing guidance to owners who are looking to learn more about the nutritional needs and behaviors of their pets. Outside of work, Annie spends much of her time with her 2 dogs, Floyd and Phoebe, and her guinea pig, Jerry Garcia. Annie also recently adopted a Russian tortoise named Oogway.
Dylan, Veterinary Technician
Dylan joined the team December of 2017 and has always had a passion for animals. His love for the natural world has given him experience with pets of all shapes and sizes. He currently lives in Cape Ann with his three large dogs, his cat, chickens, and pet rats. His pet ownership experience ranges from snakes and aquatic life to beekeeping in his backyard. When Dylan is not at work or spending time with his animals at home, he enjoys traveling the world and hiking mountains.

Taylor, Client Care Specialist
Taylor joined our team in the Fall of 2017. She currently lives in Marblehead with her 3 fur babies, Furen, Virgo, and Ramseys, and her bearded dragon, Koopa. Taylor enjoys baking, trivia nights, beach days, collecting vintage accessories, and spending time with her family, friends, and her pets.

Iesha, Client Care Specialist
Iesha joined our team in June 2018. She has been a dog walker, groomer, and worked with doggie daycares since 2005. Iesha plans on moving forward with making a difference in wildlife. In the meantime, she is growing and learning with her 5 year old daughter, Jaycie. They have a lagomorph named Snuggles.
